Where do we come from? From practice for practice.

Since the company was founded in 2005, we have focused on the development of software solutions in the area of employee compensation. Our compensation model is already helping over 3.000 users to improve performance within the company, exploit potential, increase commitment and employee loyalty and involve employees in the company's success. Our customers know that the success of the company ultimately depends on the motivation of its employees!

Where do we come from? From entrepreneurship!

Employees move together in the entrepreneurial process. Process quality and process results therefore depend on the successful interaction of several participants. MCS brings those involved together. For example, the performance and sales success of employees working in the field is also dependent on the input and support of the office staff and the warehouse. Employees who are more distant from customers, such as those in accounting, should also be involved! Where do we come from? From success - caused by change!

Paying employees more money each month and increasing the company's success at the same time - this sounds paradoxical to many entrepreneurs and managers, and yet the approach works! Nevertheless, the world of work is changing! The resulting decline in the availability of skilled workers and employees will become increasingly important in the coming years. Strategic development through European support

As part of the strategic development of the company moconsys GmbH, an interface for a digital sales approach is being developed. The Schleswig-Holstein Economic Development Corporation (WTSH) is providing European funding through the DKU (Digitalization of Small Enterprises) grant.

The project aims to develop a digital sales channel that will increase the number of end users and the low-threshold nature of the application.
